Day 1
Accra
Meet and greet at the Kokota International airport by our friendly A.Tz staff
Drive to Hunters Royal Hotel (15mins)
Welcome dinner at restaurant in Accra
Relaxation / Rest and overnight
Day 2
Accra
Breakfast at the Hotel (7am – 9am)
Drive from Hotel to Accra city: ( 20 min drive)
Taste and learn how to prepare Ga Kenkey (the local food of Ga people) (2 hours )
Explore Accra Arts Centre (2 hours)
Lunch at local restaurant
(Have a taste of local snacks drinks in the street like Brukina, Akrakuro, Roasted Plantain with groundnuts) ( 2.5 hours)
Drive back to the Hotel (1hr 10mins)
Dinner and overnight
Day 3
Accra – Koforidua
Breakfast at Hotel (7am – 9am)
Drive from Accra to Koforidua (2hrs)
Visit B-Foster Bakery, the leading bakery in the Eastern Region of Ghana (2.5 hours)
Lunch at local chop bar in Koforidua
Learn and taste baked foods with mashed Kenkey (1hr 45mins)

Day 4
Koforidua
Breakfast (Ayuo Kooko and Koose) - Koforidua
Shopping at the local market for Waakye and Kwankwan cooking ingredients (1hr 45mins)
Learn and taste Waakye and Kwankwan and local drinks like Olewonwono and Asaana (3 hours prep time)
Dinner and overnight
Day 5
Koforidua - Kumasi
Breakfast at hotel (6am – 8am)
Drive from Koforidua to Kumasi (4hrs)
Indulge in food like Gobe or Tuozafi at local food joint in Kumasi (2 hours)
Street night Kalewole dinner and overnight
Day 6
Kumasi
Breakfast from the street Tom Brown, Moore Kooko or AyuoKooko (7am – 8:30am)
Drive to Lake Bosomtwe (1hr 30min)
Take a boat and or horse ride and learn how to catch fish in the lake
Learn how to prepare Fufu and taste varieties of soup (Light soup, Abenkwan, Nkatenkwan, Abunabunu, etc.) eaten with Fufu, using the fish caught. (3 hours)
Drive back to hotel
Dinner and overnight
Day 7
Kumasi
Breakfast at hotel (7am -9am)
Drive to local Palm wine tapper to taste Nsafufuo (Palm wine)
Shopping at local market for the ingredients of various local drinks (Sobolo, Atadwe Milk and Zomko) ( 2 hours)
Lunch at local Chop Bar
Learn and taste various local drinks ( 2 hours)

Day 8
Kumasi – Accra
Breakfast at your hotel (6am – 8am)
Check out at the hotel
