This constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Client and AFRICHELLA TOURZ and represents the Client’s acceptance of the AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ Terms & Conditions set out herein. This is a general overview of the terms and conditions that shall apply to the tour booking agreement between AFRICHELLA TOURZ and the client concerning the tour after confirmation of the booking. All references to “client” herein shall include references to an agent of the client.
AFRICHELLA TOURZ is a registered travel company based in Maryland doing business with other local tour guides in Africa.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
All travel arrangements should be booked at least within sixty business days in advance. For tour packages, we strongly recommend that clients book with at least four weeks’ notice. For Group Tours, we recommend that Clients book with six weeks’ notice. Once Clients have confirmed and submitted their booking and personal travel details to AFRICHELLA TOURZ, they will receive a confirmation and pro-forma invoice of their booking via email. Please note that All bookings require a Non-refundable Down Payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the booking occurs less than 7 days before your arrival date, FULL payment is required. If you prefer to pay for your booking using a different payment method besides electronic transfer, please email AFRICHELLA TOURZ and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of the guests, details of the tour, type of transportation, preferred accommodation, arrival date and deposit slip/confirmation. If our travel consultant is unable to obtain confirmation (if car rental or accommodation is not available), an alternative will be offered. If the Client does not accept the alternative, the Client is entitled to cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to cancel bookings when services are unavailable (when a car rental is unavailable, when accommodation is unavailable, etc.). Client has the right, authority and capacity to transact business and agree to abide by this Agreement. If the client is using the Services on behalf of another organization or entity, then he/she agrees to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of that Organization and he/she represents and warrants that he/she has the authority to bind the Organization to this Agreement. By submitting a booking, Client warrants and confirms to AFRICHELLA TOURZ that he/she complies with these arrangements. This Agreement is published in compliance with, and is governed by, the provisions of laws of Maryland, USA.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
REGISTRATION: After you complete your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with details on the next step prior to departure. For most packages, you must complete this form within 5 days of booking. Let us know if you are unable to complete it within this timeframe, or your booking may be subject to cancellation.
Please note that All bookings require a Non-refundable Down Payment of 50% of the total package price at the time of the booking. If the booking occurs less than 7 days before the Client’s arrival date, FULL payment is required. We accept payment through Bank Deposit, Paypal, Western Union and Zelle. Credit card payment is only accepted when online booking is made through our website www.africhellatourz.com subject to the terms and conditions of our affiliate companies. All prices quoted on AFRICHELLA TOURZ are in US DOLLARS (USD) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments are due in US DOLLARS. AFRICHELLA TOURZ is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
3.4. For Checks
Checks may be accepted as payment for local travelers. Payments made by check are not considered “paid”, until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment. Thus, we require payment of Checks at least 7 business days before the Cient’s Travel Date.
3.5 For Remittance from other Banks from other Countries
International bank transfer can be instantaneous, or it can take 5 to 7 business days. Remittance Fees from the Sending and Receiving Bank will be borne by the Client. International payments can be tricky. It is only upon receipt of payment from AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ bank that booking is confirmed.
- All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increase that is outside AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ control. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice should this be necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond AFRICHELLA TOURZ‘ control. Please note that in the case of changes of flights, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs that become payable as a result of such changes. Prices are guaranteed against any surcharge after an invoice has been issued, unless the increase is due to government laws or currency changes and amounts to 5% of the package price or more. The amounts that exceed 5% will be charged and clients will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%. Any increase due to changes in government laws, e.g. tax changes, will be added to the invoice.
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a package.
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
- After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, unless you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, the price is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. However, a surcharge will only be levied to allow for variations in transportation cost, including cost of fuel, increase in normal published airfares, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes at airports, the exchange rate applied to the particular package or if the government or regulatory body introduce an increase of taxes. Even then, AFRICHELLA TOURZ will absorb an amount equal to 2% of your holiday price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged. Surcharges will be notified by a revised Confirmation Invoice sent to you.
- If a surcharge would increase the total holiday price shown on your original Confirmation Invoice by 10% or more, you may cancel your bookings within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice and obtain a full refund of all payments made to AFRICHELLA TOURZ and any amendment charges previously incurred.
- Optionally, you may choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, in which case your holiday price will be fixed at the cost quoted by AFRICHELLA TOURZ at the time. To qualify for this benefit you should return the Confirmation Invoice to AFRICHELLA TOURZ with full payment to reach AFRICHELLA TOURZ within 7 days of the date printed on the Confirmation Invoice.
- The financial commitments offered above by AFRICHELLA TOURZ mean that AFRICHELLA TOURZ is not able to reduce the holiday prices should the value of the Dollar strengthen.
To avoid any discord within our groups and to provide our travelers with a positive touring experience, we reserve the right to reject or remove any traveler whose behavior is determined to be incompatible with the group. If you fail to comply with a decision made by our tour manager, behave in a way that is judged to cause or likely to cause danger, distress, or material annoyance to others, interfere with the wellbeing or mobility of the group, are deemed to be fractious to the group, at the sole discretion of AFRICHELLA TOURZ and/or our tour managers and representatives, we may ask you to leave the tour. In this case, we will not refund any portion of the package cost, and all expenses incurred by the termination of the touring program are your responsibility. We may also elect not to carry you on any future trips.
- AGE REQUIREMENTS: For most of our tours and packages, you must be aged 18 or older to make a booking, and any other travelers on your booking must be 10 or older at the time of travel. Some packages have different requirements; check with travel medical insurance or contact us for details. Travelers under 18 years at the time of travel are considered minors. Minors must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. One adult may accompany up to two minors. Each adult accompanying one or more minors is jointly and individually responsible for the behavior, wellbeing, supervision and monitoring of such minors. If the consent of a parent, guardian or any other person is required by applicable law for any minor to travel, the accompanying adult is responsible for securing all consents and documents and ensuring that they and the minor(s) meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and depart from applicable countries and regions. We will not be responsible for any fees, damages, or losses that may result from failure to secure necessary consents, permits, and approvals.
- Safety: If during travel, our representatives become concerned that your physical health or mental condition may make it unsafe for you to continue to participate in the planned itinerary, they may ask you to avoid certain activities. In extreme cases, we or our representatives may ask you to leave the tour. In this case, we will make reasonable attempts to transport you to the appropriate airport or other departure point; but otherwise, you will be responsible for all costs incurred. In either case, there will be no refund of unused services. You grant us and our representatives permission to discuss your situation, including your physical health or mental condition, and share any information we deem relevant with any travel companion, family member, medical professional, designated emergency contact, or other person we believe would be necessary or appropriate to deal with such concerns, at our sole discretion.
For any special requests, please inform us in writing when booking is made. We are happy to pass your special requests on to the hotel, airline or other supplier, but we cannot guarantee that it will be accommodated; however we will do our best given sufficient time of notice. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability.
- PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
AFRICHELLA TOURZ makes every reasonable effort to accommodate all passengers’ needs; however, our vehicles are not equipped with disability access, wheelchairs and other disability aids. We assume no responsibility for injury or any inconvenience in this regard. We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for our customers with disabilities either when booking and overnight trip with hotel accommodation included. However, we will do our very best to try to reserve the appropriate room, if available. Passengers with disabilities and/or any other health issues must advise and inform AFRICHELLA TOURZ by email at the time of making the reservation. We reserve the right to decline a booking should it be determined that we are unable to properly accommodate or meet our obligations towards that passenger(s) and/or for safety considerations.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items that the Client may purchase locally: jewelry, food, souvenir items, etc., and the quality and value of such cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that the Client check whether or not any extra charges will be payable for import duty or freight; we are unable to assist with any coyigsts that the Client may incur in this respect.
LOCAL LAWS: During travel, you must always comply with the laws and regulations of all places visited. Committing any illegal act may result in your removal from a tour and put you at risk of fines or punishment by local authorities, for which we cannot be held responsible.
1O. EXTRAS
Any activity, transportation, meal, or any other product or service not expressly included in the Product description or itinerary, does not form part of the tour or Product. Client agrees that any assistance given by AFRICHELLA TOURZ representative in arranging, selecting, or booking any Extras is purely at the request of the Client, and AFRICHELLA TOURZ makes no warranties regarding such information and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from any Extras or participation thereon by any Client, or any information provided by any AFRICHELLA TOURZ representative or AFRICHELLA TOURZ Team Member regarding any Extras.
- CANCELLATION TERMS & REFUND POLICY
- Once booking is confirmed and finalized, the Tour Package and All Land Arrangement bookings and the 50% down payment are Non-Refundable. There is No Refund for any unused tours, transport, hotels. However, in the event of natural calamities and force majeure, or mandated government cancellations, Clients may be entitled for a refund, subject to the Supplier’s (e.g. Hotel) Terms and Conditions. Additional and incidental expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest.
- In the event that the client joins the tour after the departure date, or leaves before the completion thereof for any reason whatsoever, the client shall not be entitled to any refunds or rebates whatsoever from AFRICHELLA TOURZ.
- FORCE MAJEURE
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday due to bad or unusual weather conditions. AFRICHELLA TOURZ is not responsible and will not be held liable for changes which arise as a result of events outside of our control, such as technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or main charter company, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics.
- Once the Client books through AFRICHELLA TOURZ, he/she agrees to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. AFRICHELLA TOURZ acts in good faith, acting solely as an intermediary and an agent for vendors and service providers (i.e., Air and Sea Carriage, Hotel accommodation, Ground transportation, Tours, Meals, Cruises, Travel Insurance, etc.) and as such, it is not liable for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay, injury, death, sickness, or accident sustained by the client and his travel companions in the course of availing the indicated services. This agency likewise shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeure such as natural catastrophes, strikes, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other irregularities, actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s reasonable control.
- By embarking upon this travel, Traveler (Client) voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Luggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the tour. The fees for the use of porters are borne by the clients. All information on AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ website is subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on our website. These general booking conditions are subject to change and we reserve the right to update them without notice. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to refuse service to anybody. Every passenger on board the vehicle must respect the tour guide and the time frame in which a tour is scheduled to occur when he/she stop for photos, breaks, hiking, walking or visiting a site of interest. AFRICHELLA TOURZ is not responsible for any delays caused by the client who does not comply with the time limit a tour guide recommends for each stop or site. Please note that overtime fees may apply if applicable. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to remove any passenger who causes a disturbance to any individual in the vehicle, including the tour guide/driver, or poses a threat to an otherwise smooth and safe trip.
- Some tours may include physical activities such as hiking, walking, kayaking, riding an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle), rafting, riding in vehicles, which involves risks. AFRICHELLA TOURZ does not assume any responsibility for any injuries, accidents or health issues that might be a result from any of these physical activities. All of our customers are responsible for evaluating the potential risks of participating in any of our tours that may involve physical activity. Please immediately inform AFRICHELLA TOURZ if Client has any health issues prior to making his/her reservation.
- Flight cancellations and delays of airlines are beyond AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ reasonable control, hence, it accepts no responsibility over these events. In the event of any delay or suspension, it is the responsibility of the Airline Company to take the necessary remedial action to address the same and its consequences. In any case, AFRICHELLA TOURZ will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their welfare, but the Airline Company will be responsible for the final decision on such requests. Additional and incidental expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest.
- The Client also agrees to hold AFRICHELLA TOURZ blameless and non-liable for any local food, drink, cosmetics, wears, etc., that the Client may consume on his/her volition without the consent and approval of AFRICHELLA TOURZ, that may as a result, cause sickness, harm, or endanger the Client during the period of the tour.
- Please be advised that it is the Client’s responsibility to arrange proper exit/re-entry documents, validity of passport and visa for the countries to visit. Given the possibility of changes to timetables, routings, programs, and (tour) prices, the same shall be subject to confirmation.
Unused Tour Services are NON REFUNDABLE. Whether you avail of the daytours or not, client would still have to pay for it since this is what is in the travel agreement. All Confirmed Bookings are already considered as GUARANTEED BOOKINGS and as such are considered NON REFUNDABLE.
Client’s retention of tickets, reservations, tour/hotel vouchers and other travel documents after issuance shall constitute consent to all of the above and an agreement on their part to convey hereto to their travel companions or group members.
Where travel and health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of the destination you may wish to visit, then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to procure them. If failure to obtain any such documents results in fines, surcharges or any other financial penalty being imposed upon us, then you agree to reimburse us accordingly. You must ascertain by consulting your own doctor, if necessary the specific precautions deemed prudent for the country or destination you intend to visit and to ensure that the appropriate medication, inoculations or other precautions are taken.
- CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE AND ACCOMMODATIONS
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ is neither a carrier nor a provider of accommodations. Each journey (whether undertaken or not) that the Client booked by land, sea or air is governed by the conditions of the carrier undertaking to provide that carriage. Some of these conditions limit or exclude liability and are often the subject of international agreements. Copies of the applicable agreements are available for inspection at the offices of the carrier concerned. It is the Client’s responsibility to re-confirm the onward or return sectors of any air journey with the carrier concerned and according to such carrier’s terms and conditions and respective regulations. When Client book accommodations (whether provided or not), its availability or provision is subject to the ‘house rules’ of the hotel or other accommodation providing or undertaking to provide such accommodations.
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right in our absolute discretion to terminate the client’s travel arrangements without notice, should the said client’s behavior be such that it is likely in our opinion, in violation of any applicable governing laws, causes distress, damage, annoyance, or danger to AFRICHELLA TOURZ, or any of its staff, fellow travelers or any other person. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be due to the client.
- Clients should be guided by the Hotel’s Check-in and Check-out policies. Each hotel varies in their check-in and check-out time. However, the standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM while check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon). Early Check-in is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY and Hotel Surcharge. Damage and Loss of Hotel Key Cards, Bed sheets and Towels, and Consumption of Food and Drinks in the Mini-fridge-Bar and other Incidental Expenses are NOT included in the Tour/Travel Package and these are charged to the Client.
- Clients should take note that Tour Guides and Tour Facilitators are NOT the personal maids of the guests/clients. A tour guide guides visitors in the language of their choice, provides assistance, information and cultural, historical and contemporary heritage interpretation to people on organized tours and individual clients at educational establishments, religious and historical sites, museums, and at venues of other significant interest. As such, Clients should not expect that the tour guides would personally assist to their every needs. Carrying of Luggage are the responsibility of the clients.
- During meals, the tour guides will seat in the table next to the clients. If clients do not wish to sit beside the tour guide, please advise in advance so that AFRICHELLA TOURZ could make proper arrangements. Thus, we advise our clients to treat our tour guides with proper respect and decency. If clients need to reprimand the tour guide, please do so in a decent manner, otherwise, we would be constrained to cancel your tour without any refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or business who may refuse to comply with our safety instructions, our tour itinerary, or to anyone who may pose a threat to our customers and/or our tour guide/ drivers. Screaming at or insulting tour guides/drivers or fellow passengers or third party businesses and subcontractors is NOT ACCEPTABLE under any circumstances and will terminate and cancel your tour without any refund. Discrimination against a customer or a tour guide/driver for any reason is not acceptable under any circumstance.
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid for by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal travel insurance, especially for the active tours. We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies that would cover against cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, medical expenses arising overseas including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims against you. Should you fail to secure such Travel Insurance coverage prior to your travel, then you accept full responsibility for yourself and all of the members of your party, and indemnify AFRICHELLA TOURZ and our overseas agents and representatives (as applicable) for any and all costs that may arise, which would otherwise have been met, had such travel insurance been in force.
- Our main goal is to provide our Clients with excellent services. If our Clients, for any reason, are not satisfied with our tour or travel package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend our Clients to contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach AFRICHELLA TOURZ within seven (7) days after Client’s departure. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid. Please call AFRICHELLA TOURZ on -1-866-4Chella from wherever If a problem arises during Client’s trip, please contact us immediately, so that we can assist you. All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English, and shall be deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service, or mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or sent via email/facsimile, with due acknowledgment of complete transmission to the following address: AFRICHELLA TOURZ, ………….,……………………,Maryland, USA.
- If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant airline, hotel, local agent or other suppliers immediately so that they can endeavour to put things right. If you cannot resolve the problem, you must contact AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ office for help.
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ will not hold themselves responsible for the non-performance of an itinerary through causes beyond their control or when they are not notified of a problem at the point where remedial action can be taken. In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you should write to AFRICHELLA TOURZ within 21 days of returning home, giving your original booking reference number and all other relevant information. If you fail to take any of these steps, you will hinder AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ ability to put any problem right and/or investigate it fully and any right you have to receive compensation will be reduced or completely invalidated.
- Any dispute that may arise will be governed by Maryland law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Maryland Courts.
- All information given by AFRICHELLA TOURZ whether in writing or orally is to the best of AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ knowledge and believed correct at the time given and is given in good faith. The booking conditions shall take precedence over any other warranty or condition that may have been given.
AFRICHELLA TOURZ forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by AFRICHELLA TOURZ. Spasmodic stops can be arranged for those who desire to smoke. All accommodation will be reserved with non-smoking rooms, unless the client specifically requires a smoking room. Confirmation is depending on hotel availability.
Client understands that he/she needs to exercise judgement and care at all times to ensure his/her own safety and that of their fellow tourists. The Company will undertake to ensure the safety of the client throughout the tour; however, aspects of each particular tour may not be without an element of danger. Clients agree to a waiver of Responsibility from AFRICHELLA TOURZ before they begin their tour.
AFRICHELLA TOURZ has made all reasonable efforts to check the accuracy of the information contained in our website. AFRICHELLA TOURZ cannot however accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in this site.
It may be necessary for AFRICHELLA TOURZ to ask you for certain personal information. Examples of this would be dietary requirements, disability/medical or religious information. This information will be kept confidential by AFRICHELLA TOURZ and is available to you to inspect during AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ normal working hours. It will be passed to the suppliers, if it is necessary for them to know this information in order to fulfil AFRICHELLA TOURZ’ contract to you.
The Client acknowledges that due to the changing nature of travel, they are responsible for keeping up to date on the details of their travel on the AFRICHELLA TOURZ website, including, but not limited to checking the website at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to departure to ensure the Client has the most current Trip Details as minor changes may have been made since the tour documents were originally provided by AFRICHELLA TOURZ.
The client shall be responsible for all baggage and belongings brought by him or her on the tour, and AFRICHELLA TOURZ shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such baggage and belongings.
The client accepts that to participate in the tour requires a measure of physical fitness and health and it is the client’s obligation to ensure that he or she is medically fit to embark on the tour. Should AFRICHELLA TOURZ become aware at any time of an existing medical condition that may pose a risk to any individual associated with the tour, including the Client, AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to prevent the Client from undertaking physical activities on the tour unless the Client is able to provide clearance from a medical expert. AFRICHELLA TOURZ shall not be held liable in any case whatsoever involving risks and/or results of an underlying medical condition.
The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited during the tour. In addition, the client acknowledges that any disruptive, dangerous or potentially dangerous behaviour during the tour shall not be tolerated and that AFRICHELLA TOURZ, its employees, representatives, agents and/or contractors being so authorized, reserve the right to exclude the client from the tour at any point therein in such circumstances. AFRICHELLA TOURZ shall not be liable for any costs and/or expenses for the client resulting from exclusion as aforesaid, and the client shall not be entitled to a refund or rebate of the tour price or any additional compensation in such instances.
AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during the tour for use in marketing or any other advertising material, and the client hereby consents to such use. The client further agrees that AFRICHELLA TOURZ shall retain copyright over any such photographs and videos taken.
Any contract or contractual dispute between us and these Reservations conditions are to be governed by, and construed in accordance with Maryland, USA laws. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Maryland State, USA. The effective date of this terms and condition is ………………………., 2023. It replaces all prior agreements and conditions issued by AFRICHELLA TOURZ. AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. Clients and Visitors to the AFRICHELLA TOURZ website should review our terms and conditions from time to time to stay abreast of changes.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
- AFRICHELLA TOURZ reserves the right to hire independent tour guide/drivers, subcontractors and/or contractors to facilitate our tours, shuttle services and travel packages.
- In the event that we are unable to facilitate your tour due to weather and/or road conditions, we will attempt to reach each location, site and destination using alternative routes but we are not liable nor responsible for these unforeseen weather/traffic conditions. No refunds will be available.
- No substitution or refunds for any unused part of the tour(s) will be issued. All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued for a no-show or unused portion of the tour.
- Tour guide/driver gratuities are not included in our tour price unless indicated on your tour voucher or email confirmation.
- Tour prices do not include additional incidental fees, unless otherwise indicated on your tour voucher or email confirmation.
